In the daily use of cold storage, you need to know what should do when you encounter faults, and more importantly, whether there are hidden operational hazards. The signs of a properly functioning cold store are as follows.
1. There should be no noise in the cylinder, only the normal regular cold storage rise and fall sound of the suction valve piece.
2. The suction temperature of the compressor in the freezer room should be 5-15°C higher than the evaporation temperature (R22).
3. The oil pump pressure gauge reading should be 0.15-0.3mpa higher than the suction pressure.
4. There should be no foot heating and frosting on the cylinder wall, and the surface temperature difference should not be greater than 15-20 degrees. In refrigeration or low-temperature system, suction pipe frost can generally reach the suction port. For high-temperature working conditions, the suction pipe should not be frosty, generally dewy as normal.
5. Crankcase oil temperature fluorine refrigeration machine does not exceed 70 degrees, the minimum is not less than 10 degrees. Fluorine refrigeration machine lubricating oil may have foam.
6. The oil level of the crankcase should not be lower than 1/2 of the horizontal center line of the oil sight glass.
7. The fluorine oil separator automatic oil return pipe when cold when hot for normal, liquid tube before and after the cold storages filter should not be an obvious temperature difference, let alone frost, otherwise for blockage. The cylinder cover should be half cool and half hot, and the joints should not seep oil.
8. Hand touch horizontal reservoir and oil separator should be hot at the top and cool at the bottom, the junction of hot and cold is the liquid or oil surface. The safety valve or bypass valve according to the low-pressure end should be cool, otherwise high and low-pressure string gas.
9. Evaporation pressure and suction pressure should be similar in operation, and exhaust pressure, condensation pressure, and reservoir pressure should be similar.
10. Cooling water in and out should be temperature difference, such as no or temperature difference is very slight, indicating that the heat exchanger has dirt, and need to clean.
11. Refrigeration machine should be sealed, with no leakage of refrigerant or lubricating oil, fluorine refrigeration machine shaft seal is not allowed to have dripping oil.
12. The expansion valve body frost or dew evenly, but there should not be thick frost at the inlet. When the fluid passes through the expansion valve, only a dull, small sound can be heard. 13.
13. The system pressure gauge pointer in the freezer room should be relatively stable, and the temperature indication is correct.
