Cam Lock Cold Room Panel Description
Cam lock cold room panel, taking polyurethane with excellent insulation performance as core material and Pre painted galvanized iron (PPGI/color steel), 304 stainless steel or aluminum as surface material, PU panel can reduce the heat conduction due to difference between internal and external temperature to achieve maximum efficiency of freezing and refrigeration system. It is widely used in cold rooms, blast freezer, quick freezing tunnel,ice machine room，drying room and as insulated material in where insulation is required.
Features of Cam Lock Cold Room Panel
(1) Size: the standard width of PU panel will be 960mm, the length can be customized, we suggest to produce length of 2900mm,5900mm or 11800mm, to suit the shipping container of 20GP, 40GP or 40HC.
(2) PU panel is using fluoride-free polyurethane and flame retardant, it is more environment-friendly and safe.
(3) For surface material of PU panel，it can be flat, or with ribbing of 15mm width or with ribbing of 50mm width.
(4) PU panel is foamed by high pressure with density of 38-42 kg/m3, the thermal insulation is good.
(5) We will supply L-shape metal, decorating metal and U-shape metal for PU panel installation, they can also be customized.
(6) PU panels can be covered with embossed aluminum steel additionally for longer service life.

PU panel will be marked according to drawing which is easy to distinguish. You just need to lock different panels together, then seal them with sealant to keep sealed.

For safety and stability of large cold room, we will supply accessories to make roof panel fixed to steel structure outside cold room. There are mushroom head, screw rod and regulating parts or other accessories with same function according to cold room situation.
Packing and Deliver
According to customers’ requirements and the shipping method, there are different package options:
1.Shipped by FCL, PU panels are packed by PVC film,refrigeration equipment are packed by wooden case.
2.Shipped by FCL,PU panels are packed by wooden pallet or wooden box ,refrigeration equipment are packed by wooden case.
